New application blocks access to camera phones

"Cam Locker" is a new android application which enable users to close the camera of his phone to avoid any illegal access to phone camera especially when they spend long time on the chat or other programs. And they can unblocking the camera at any time.

The developer of this apps is a Syrian engineer; which have difficulties in deploying applications on the "Google Play" store, so he devoted a special link to download the application, the app does not exceed the size of 280 KB.
